Waiohiki marae is located in Waiohiki, south of Taradale. Its principal hapū is Ngāti Pārau of Ngāti Kahungunu iwi.
The marae connects ancestrally to the waka Takitimu, the maunga Hikuranga and Otatara, and the awa Tutaekuri.
